How LavaLoft started

LavaLoft didn't come from an idea. It came from a problem we lived ourselves every day. In sales we talk a lot about pipeline, leads, and close rates. But one crucial area stays invisible: what really happens between first contact and the meeting? Our founding team worked in B2B sales for years — in demanding industries like cybersecurity, where every meeting is a fight and structure isn't optional but a matter of survival. With HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, and other CRMs. And no matter the system: managers see activity, not the causes. It became especially obvious in daily standups — hours of prep with cobbled-together reports and dashboards, just to answer simple questions about real performance. We realized: revenue isn't lost in the CRM. It's lost in missing transparency. So we started building a system that closes exactly that gap.
